Nick Alexander (Ngati Awa) - Partner

Nick is a “generalist doer” with well over two decades of experience of translating strategy into effective operations across Asia Pacific. He developed the role of the  Independent Intermediary within Navigator Limited and has been central to supporting much of the ground-breaking, collaborative development work across New Zealand from the inception of the Navigator Ltd Kaupapa in early 2013.

As part of the team his key strengths lie in developing the up front conditions for effective collaborative programmes (including transition roadmaps, fit for purpose alliance governance and assurance processes) along with applying his wealth of practical expertise to programme design and delivery across Iwi, community and the Crown spheres.

Jeremy Gardiner (Ngati Awa, Ngati Pikiao, Te Whanau o Apanui) - Partner

Jeremy with broad experience across the private and public sector including a six-year stint as CEO Te Runanga o Ngati Awa and a current role with NZTA, Jeremy brings both a commercial and social head to the Navigator team. Mike is a trusted Advisor to the Navigator team and through his hands-on knowledge and experience of business processes and his commercial acumen, provides exceptional advisory support both internally and to clients.

Erica Amon - Associate

Erica has over 20 years of senior management experience including 11 years as Regional Manager for HealthcareNZ, the largest home-based support service provider in New Zealand.

As part of the Navigator team, Erica brings experience and a proven record in the execution of strategy, implementation of new initiatives, leading teams, and building positive stakeholder relationships.

David McLeod - Associate

Dave has almost thirty years in employment relations starting with Wattie Frozen Foods followed by four years with Heinz Wattie, and then in to private practice in 2000. He is a current member of the New Zealand Employment Law Institute. He has been an Associate with the team at Navigator since 2018 providing specialist human resource/employment relations advice, process and resolution.
