Nick Alexander, Partner
Nick Alexander (Ngāti Awa) is a dynamic performer capable of achieving exceptional results in resource constrained environments. Nick has effected rapid improvements in efficiency, productivity and service quality in each role he has held across the private, iwi, public and NGO sectors.
His ability to quickly identify pressure points and act to address them is proven through a series of diverse organisational leadership, start-up and change management assignments where he has built high-performing teams within short timeframes by drawing on the potential of existing staff, enabling them to focus on and fulfil the key objectives of their positions. He has led Te Mana o Ngāti Rangitihi Iwi Trust, Austraining International in the Pacific and Habitat for Humanity International Vietnam.
This diversity of experience across a broad range of sectors and environments across Asia Pacific has equipped him with an understanding of what drives each sector and an ability to identify and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
A father of seven, Nick strongly believes new ways of working can deliver more rapidly and effectively on the needs of communities while at the same time delivering more engaged and productive organisational cultures.
